What’s your return policy?

We sincerely strive to deliver the absolute best products and services to our clients.  Products such as audio training, motivational and inspirational CDs, books, etc., which may be returned for replacement if found to be defective upon receipt.  Ticket sales for conferences, seminars, and workshops may be refunded prior to the event, providing notification is made to us 24 hours in advance.  Coaching sessions are handled on a one-on-one basis, however, generally require 24 hours cancellation in advance and are subject to provisions outlined in the client/consultant agreement.


Do you speak/train outside of Texas?

Yes, we travel and speak/train anywhere in the world.


Do you conduct training virtually?

Yes, much of our training and coaching is conducted over IT live, as well as on-demand.

What happens if an emergency keeps me from attending Live2Lead the day of the event?

In the event an emergency arises that prevents you from attending the event and you are a verified (registered) attendee, submit a written request for refund.  If block ticket or tables were purchased by a business or organization, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to find a replacement for the individual unable to attend.


Do you offer a child care service at Live2Lead?

No, at this time we do not offer any kind of child care services and all attendees, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket to attend the event.


Do you offer a non-meat lunch option at Live2Lead?

Yes, we generally do offer vegan, non-meat, lunch options.  If you have specific dietary needs, we request that you speak to us prior to attending the event.  Please be advised we may not be able to accommodate all situations or requirements, however, we will sincerely try.
